Green Heavens — SAIL Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd. is a registered co-operative housing society located at Sector 4, Plot 35, Dwarka, New Delhi, governed under the Delhi Co-operative Societies Act, 2003. With a membership of 152 families, the society is committed to fostering a harmonious, well-managed, and self-governed residential community.
The Management Committee (MC) meetings are formally held on the last Sunday of every month. It is the endeavor of the Managing Committee to uphold the principles of cooperation and to foster a transparent, participative, and democratic system of administration within the Society.
In keeping with this objective, the President has assured the heads of all Sub-Committees that they are empowered to take decisions on matters falling within their respective areas of responsibility. The Managing Committee shall support and facilitate the implementation of decisions taken by the Sub-Committees within their delegated mandate.
Members are encouraged to actively participate in the functioning of the Society and to reach out directly to the respective Sub-Committee Heads with their requests, observations, and suggestions. Through greater participation and collective decision-making, we hope to strengthen the cooperative spirit and ensure that the Society is administered in a responsive and democratic manner.
